Return Policy
Every jar of Rugged Uncle is sealed with a red security tag after final quality assurance inspection. Once this security tag is broken, we will not accept a return on the product.
If your jar of Rugged Uncle is in the same brand new condition that you received it, unopened, with the red security tag intact, you can start a return request by contacting us at admin@ruggeduncle.com. Proof of purchase will also need to be provided. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and your return will need to be mailed to the following address: 100 Powell Place #1818, Nashville, TN 37204.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
